
Andy Mulcaster
CEO
Andy has been in the motor industry since the age of 16 when he joined the British Army as a mechanic. He specialised in heavy plant and hydraulics and spent seven years in various postings with the army in Germany, Canada and the Middle East. He continued his career in the United Kingdom and Europe within the fleet industry with roles at Exel Logistics and Budget Rent a Car.
In 1999 Andy joined Custom Fleet in the UK as Trade Services Manager. This role encompassed the responsibility for purchasing, maintenance and disposals, in what was a very challenging market place with pressure from parallel imports and a declining used market. In late 2002 Andy transferred to the Australian operation as the Manager Trade Services Australia.
Andy joined sgfleet in August 2006 as General Manager Trade Operations and was appointed as CEO in July 2007.
Andy Graham
General Manager Business Systems
Andy has been working in the IT industry for over 10 years and has spent the majority of that time providing technology solutions specifically to the Fleet Management industry. Andy's previous role was Global IT Manager at one of the largest Fleet Management companies in Australasia, a company which he began working with in their UK office in his hometown of Carlisle. Andy worked his way up the ranks and in 2003 was transferred to Australia to head up the eBusiness development team in Sydney during which time he played a significant role in revitalising their Online Services in both the Australasian and UK markets. In 2004 Andy was promoted to the role of Global IT Manager and held that role up until he joined sgfleet in July 2006.
Marc Sibbald
General Manager Trade Operations
Marc has worked in the automotive industry since leaving school in 1988. He is a qualified motor mechanic and spent the majority of his apprenticeship working on heavy commercial vehicles. He further developed his knowledge of commercial vehicles in the spare parts industry with a diesel engine parts specialist and truck wrecker/importer. In 1996 Marc joined the fleet management division of Caltex Australia and held many roles in maintenance, business development and operations. Marc has also had experience in managing workshop operations as a regional manager for Kmart Tyre and Auto.
Marc joined sgfleet in mid 2006 as Marketing Manager and was appointed as General Manager Trade Operations in December 2007.
Josh Rajal
National Manager Salary Packaging
Josh began his career in the IT industry, working in sales, supply chain management, business analyst and customer service roles both in Australia and in the Asian region. He has also spent some time working in Product Marketing field, in particular computer leasing to small to medium business as well as the government market.
In March 2006, Josh joined sgfleet (then FleetAustralia) to manage Novated Sales and Customer Service. Since that time he has instigated many process improvements and has overseen the integration of many Novated functions including claims, quoting and settlements following the amalgamation of FleetAustralia and SMB Salary Packaging.
Josh’s role as National Manager, Salary Packaging has him overseeing the new business development, sales and customer service areas for sgfleet’s salary packaged products.
Roy Waghorn
General Manager Corporate Sales and Marketing
Roy first started in the Fleet Management industry in 1989. In that time he has held both interstate and overseas roles in Sales and Customer Service.
Roy’s 20 years in various fleet leasing and management roles means that he has experience in many segments of the industry. These include, heading up a national novated team, corporate leasing and fleet management. Before joining sgfleet Roy held the role of NSW State Manager at Custom Fleet.
Roy started at sgfleet in March 2008 as Marketing Manager and was appointed as General Manager Corporate Sales and Marketing in February 2009.
David Threlfall
General Manager Commercial
David began his career in the asset finance industry and in 1991 was involved in the set up of a joint venture truck leasing business between Linfox and Esanda Finance. This was a pioneer business offering outsourcing solutions to a broad range of Australian businesses. Here David gained considerable knowledge of all aspects of heavy vehicles, fleet management and leasing.
In 1998 David established NAB’s Commercial Fleet operating lease and fleet management business from a zero base. This quickly became a market leader and specialist provider of truck, plant and materials handling, fleet management and operating leasing. This business was purchased by Super Group in 2008 and now forms an important part of the sgfleet management and leasing business and suite of products.
David moved to sgfleet with the sale of Commercial Fleet and took up the position of General Manager Commercial Fleet at completion of the sale process in March 2008.
Ross Stevenson
National Manager Product Management
Ross began his career in the Banking and Finance industry working for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. He first began working in the Bank’s asset finance area in 1984 and was an original member of the team that established CBFC Fleet Lease in 1988, now sgfleet.
Since 1988 Ross has had numerous fleet leasing and management roles spanning all phases of the business including sales, customer service, finance and operations. Ross moved to sgfleet when the Bank sold the business in 2004 and currently holds the position of National Manager, Product Management.
Kimberley Calabria
Manager Human Resources
Kim has worked in the fleet management and salary packaging industry since 2000. She began her career at SMB (now sgfleet) in the settlements area where her main focus was vehicle delivery and customer service before progressing into management and training roles within the area.
In 2005 Kim moved into a ‘start up’ Human Resources role where she was responsible for all facets of HR including the implementation of various HR frameworks such as OHS and Performance Management Systems. Since then Kim has been involved in many key HR projects including the integration of the HR functions of SMB and FleetAustralia following the merger of these businesses in 2007.
Kim has recently completed a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources and currently holds the position of Human Resources Manager.
Stephen Finch
National Manager Business Administration
Stephen began his career in the IT industry working with a global provider of IT, leasing and outsourcing solutions. Between 1986 and 1997 he held various roles including IT and finance sales, sales management and general management in both the Australian and Asia Pacific regions.
Stephen moved to the Banking and Finance industry in 1997, working for both Australian and International banks, specialising in asset finance. His experience is extensive and includes fleet management, general equipment financing, operations management and credit reporting.
Stephen joined sgfleet in August 2008 as Business Operations Support Manager and was appointed National Business Administration Manager in March 2009.
